After the huge success of our Desi Central Comedy Night held in November 2010, Awaz Media are proud to bring you a fresh line-up of some of the funniest comedians in the UK!

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is a Pakistani musician, singer and mainly sings Bollywood songs and Qawallis, a devotional form of Sufiaana music. He continues the legacy of the all time great musician & singer, the late Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

His big Bollywood debut came in 2004 when he crooned the super hit song ‘Mann Ki Lagan’ from the movie ‘Paap’.

Since then he has become a prominent face of many songs in Bollywood and has not looked back since then. As a result, he has won a host of International Awards including ‘Best International Act’ at the UK AMAs.

On Monday 27^th June 2011, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali khan will perform in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall as parts of his UK tour and if you are a genuine music lover, then this is something you’ll love and not want to miss.
